Tennis has its own workout. Instead of body pump, combat or other mundane workouts, try Cardio Tennis. Burn calories having fun!

What you will need:

  • Your favourite workout gear
  • A good attitude and the desire to work hard
  • Trainers
  • Water bottle or sports drink

When you arrive for your first Cardio Tennis workout your coach will take your details and explain how the workout will run. You and up to 10 other people will experience a fun, high-energy workout focused on constant movement that includes:

  • 10 to 15 minute warm-up
  • 30 minute cardio segment
  • 15 minute cool-down

There will be upbeat music to motivate you, heart-rate monitors to check your fitness levels and calorie burn, and low compression balls to make striking the ball that much easier.

This is a fun, tennis-based workout like no other!
